Internship of 3 months
My name is Beatriz Ramos del Valle. I am studying Business Administration-Law at University Autónoma of Madrid (Spain) in my last year.
The internship was not compulsory for my studies but I wanted to have some experience abroad in order to improve my English and have some job practice in a foreign country.
During my internship I have been working in the Wholesale Department the first two months, changing into the Human Resources in the last month finishing my internship over there.
Over the wholesale department I had to deal with Spanish customers and I was also working with some European prospects database. There I had to improve closing techniques with the customers developing my own methods to finally get orders from them.
In the HR department my task was to recruit some students and permanent workers and it was really interesting for me to deal with the applications, plan interviews, decide the students that will arrive into the company…
This internship was my first experience abroad and it was quite interesting. I had the opportunity to meet international people and make new good friends around the world.
